Coty Gibson founded Cotarion Inc. with a simple belief: every business deserves a trusted partner who helps simplify complexity, strengthen operations, and create a clear path for sustainable growth.
Throughout his career—including service in the United States Air Force, leadership roles in banking, and experience in business operations and strategic planning—Coty has worked alongside organizations to solve complex challenges, improve performance, and build practical systems that support long-term success. These experiences shaped his belief that sustainable growth begins with strong leadership, sound strategy, and genuine partnership.
Today, Cotarion Inc. brings together two focused businesses. Cotarion Consulting Group leads strategy, manages client relationships, and coordinates qualified independent specialists when additional expertise is needed. Cotarion Software builds practical software and workflow solutions for businesses.
